Good quick to go service. Food is better than most other Chinese restaurants in the area. The battered chicken is meaty, not predominantly batter like other places. Prices are good. The tea is much too sweet, don't bother with it. Overall, quite satisfied. I eat here a few times a month.

Holla! This is THE place to go for Chinese takeout. It is the best I've had in Lexington / West Columbia.

This Chinese place is good. It's not the best, but it's better than a lot in this area. I would recommend it. The menu is pretty typical of Chinese restaraunts. You can't go wrong here.

I love this place. My favorite Chinese takeout by far. All of their combos are great. The staff sometimes seems a little unfriendly, but they are actually pretty nice.

I'm pretty sure all the low-rated reviews are just aboriginal W Columbians that dont get it. I'm from W Columbia too, but I don't eat at this place just because it's down from the Dollar Tree. This place it about the best Chinese I've had in 15 years from Camden to Lexington.

We eat here regularly, well we pick up from here regularly. We actually live in Red Bank so we travel a ways to get here. The food is pretty good and the portions are generous. The people have always been respectful. We have been clients for a good 15 years or more. They only have a few tables so not really a place to eat in.

Charging for a cup of water? We left before we could eat. I ordered nearly $20 of food and they rang me up for an extra 25 cents per cup of tap water. Times must be tough.

The food is above average for this type of Chinese food in sc. The family that runs the place is really nice. The prices are decent and the portions are generous.

I would avoid this place at all costs. I found a metal wire in my Hot and Sour Soup. Gross!

One of the best in Columbia. Fast and good. Ok prices, but good portions.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
